A few years ago, during a stressful period in my life, I found an old crochet hook and a basket of yarn that belonged to my grandmother tucked away in a closet. I decided to watch a simple beginner tutorial online just to pass the time. What started as curiosity quickly turned into something much more meaningful.
I still remember the first scarf I ever made. It was uneven, full of mistakes, and definitely far from perfect — but I loved every second of making it. There was something calming about working with yarn, creating something with my hands, and seeing a project slowly come to life stitch by stitch.
